The first pictured is NCsoft currency, so i dont have access to this however the second is ingame.
I can say that the 2nd pictured is faster on the ground however its slower at boost jumping.

I cant because my windows XP doesnt support Korean text so i just get alot of [][][][][][][01[][] so its rather annoying but check the korean exteel site.
